Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori is reportedly being courted by Inter Milan this summer.
According to the printed edition of Italian news outlet Tuttosport, as covered by Sport Witness today, the Argentine is one of many targets for the Serie A giants this summer as they hope to land a new defender.
Andrea Ranocchia is set to be offloaded by Inter, meaning that they will be keen to add another centre-back to their ranks.
Everton have been active in the market this summer and have already significantly bolstered their defence with the signing of Michael Keane. This could spell the end of Funes Mori’s tenure at Goodison Park.
The towering centre back suffered an injury while on international duty with Argentina not so long ago, and this looks to have pushed him down the pecking order at the club, with Ronald Koeman almost certain to favour the partnership of Keane and Ashley Williams.
