Everton have agreed a fee with QPR over the signing of midfielder Josh Bowler.
According to Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol (see below).
Twitter: Everton agree deal to sign 18-year-old QPR midfielder Josh Bowler. £1.5m initial fee, rising to about £4m. Medical tomorrow (@SkyKaveh)
Solhekol claims that Everton have agreed a deal to sign the young midfielder and he will undergo a medical with the club on Friday.
Bowler could cost Everton up to £4m, with £1.5m going to QPR up front.
The 18-year-old has made one senior appearance for QPR, which came against Norwich on the final day of last season in the Championship.
He has been with the London-based club since he was 14-years-old but now looks set to move on just four years later to join Everton’s youth side.
Ronald Koeman showed last season that he was willing to give youth a chance, with Tom Davies breaking through into the first-team.
