Everton remain interested in a move for Swansea midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson this summer.
According to The Telegraph , Everton manager Ronald Koeman is still hoping to add Sigurdsson to his squad for next season.
The report also claims that Swansea have slapped a £40m price tag on his head.
Everton have already splashed over £100m in the transfer market this summer and have been heavily praised for their work so far.

Davy Klaassen, Jordan Pickford, Henry Onyekuru, Sandro Ramirez and Michael Keane have all signed for Koeman’s Blues ahead of next season.
The club are also interested in a move for Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney and are said to be currently thrashing out a deal for the striker.
There is no mention of an imminent bid from Everton for Sigurdsson but one could emerge later on in the window, unless other targets become available.
Sigurdsson scored ten goals in all competitions for Swansea last season.
