Everton have been told that they will have to pay a huge €38 million to sign Anderlecht midfielder Leander Dendoncker, according to a report from Belgian newspaper, Het Belang van Limburg, cited on Sport Witness.
The Belgian newspaper reports that Everton have been interested in Dendoncker for some time and were monitoring his progress at the Belgian club last season.
The defensive midfielder has caught the eye of Toffees boss Ronald Koeman who is keen to bring the player to Merseyside. However, with Anderlecht asking for €38 million, Koeman may have to look elsewhere for a midfielder.

The 22-year-old Belgian is keen to make a move to the Premier League and Everton are favourites to secure his signature.
Atletico Madrid were interested in the player, but their transfer ban may until January 2018 may put Everton in a strong position in the race to sign him.
