Queens Park Rangers have rejected Everton’s bid for young midfielder Josh Bowler, according to a report in Get West London.
Bowler, who is only 17 years old, made his debut in the final game of the season against Norwich City.
QPR officially received the bid from the Blues on Tuesday, but the London club were quick to reject it as they look to keep hold of one of their most promising young talents.

Bowler is one of a few young players at Loftus Road that is attracting serious interest from Premier League clubs, with team-mates Ryan Manning and Alex Smithies also gaining interest.
However, manager Ian Holloway is doing everything he can to ensure the young players remain at the club as he looks to implement them into his plans for the coming Championship season.
There have been rumours of a second bid from Everton, but these are thought to be untrue as QPR are not willing to sell the youngster.
Ronald Koeman has several young players in his squad at Goodison Park and is not afraid to use them. This is proven by the fact that Everton have given the most minutes in the Premier League to teenagers this season.
