According to Goal’s ChrisWheatley Everton have joined the likes of Arsenal and Juventus in the race to sign defender Sead Kolasinac.

The Bosnian defender has impressed at left-back for Schalke. He’s made 89 appearances and is a regular starter for the German side. Kolasinac is also an international, having made 18 appearances for Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Everton are lacking a quality left back, as Mason Holgate is still adjusting to the Premier League and Leighton Baines is not the England quality left-back he used to be.

As well as left-back, Kolasinac can also play at centre-back and defensive midfield, so his versatility can really come in handy for the Toffees.
His contract expires at the end of the season and Everton will try and acquire the Bosnian on a free transfer but face competition from some of Europe’s biggest sides.
