Everton are interested in signing Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart either on loan or permanently, according to Paul Joyce of the Express.
The Englishman has been linked away from the club after Pep Guardiola took over in Manchester, with the Spaniard eyeing Barcelona keeper Marc-André ter Stegen.

According to Paul Joyce, the Toffees are open to either a permanent deal or a loan deal but are interested in signing him either way. Ronald Koeman is looking to strengthen in goal with Joel Robles not featuring ahead of Maarten Stekelenburg who was brought in to play as back-up.
Other shot stoppers such as Steve Mandanda had been linked throughout the window, though a deal failed to materialise for the Frenchman who eventually moved to Crystal Palace.
Should Everton sign Hart, it would certainly be seen as a statement of intent from both the board and the playing staff with a top class goalkeeper at the back.
The Blues have also been linked with moves for Lamine Kone and Yannick Bolasie this week.
